"EASIEST SERVICE APPT EVER" First time Lincoln owner. I was very please to find out that I do not have to take time out of my busy schedule to get my can serviced. Scheduled the service appointment online along with the pick-up and Dave, the customer service valet was not just on-time, but also provided an exceptional customer service by explaining the process. An oil change, tire rotation and my goodness, a beautifully cleaned car later, you have a customer for life.. Thank you
"Personal attention " I truly enjoy pulling up to this dealerships service center. They are all attentive and curtious to each customer. The service waiting area was very clean, a well stocked coffee station, and wonderful reading material. I enjoyed spending my hour there.

"Read below !" I was fortunate to meet with Michael Kuznetz when I came in for a few minor questions. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable. After solving my few problems, I asked when I was due for a service call. I had 5600 miles on my Continental. Since I had no appointment scheduled, Michael recommended I do it now, if convenient . I was delighted and when my car was ready, it was even more beautiful, having been washed and waxed.
"Oil change and general check up" I experienced very prompt service as I drove up to the service department without having made an appointment. Dave, my customer service rep, was very attentive, explained everything that they were going to do and answered all my questions. I was out of there in no time. ( efficient and well co- ordinated system ).
