Took way too long for a simple oil change and air in tires.

My first time at the service department here and the service advisors are not friendly at all. Maybe I should consider the Okeechobee location. Either way it shouldn't determine what location I go to for services. I purchased my vehicle just like everybody else and I shouldn't be treated any differently.
