If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I absolutely 100% regret buying a vehicle from this dealership. I bought a “certified” 2015 Passat that started giving me issues right off the bat. 1.) Radio would cut out and give a loud and never ending “beeeeeee” sound until the car was turned off. You can imagine how frustrating it would be on a drive of any distance, especially on the highway. This place is totally unprofessional and unethical. I leased a vehicle, been happy with the vehicle. Lease is now up, decided we wanted to buy the vehicle. I have a written contract with a fee breakdown if I was to decide to purchase and they have chosen to ignore the contract that THEY wrote and add on additional $1990.00 in dealer and inspection fees. The worst service and customer service department. Took me 5 days to get someone from their Service Department to get back to me after numerous calls and e-mails. I was told by customer service woman at Northlake that I was lucky to have a loaner car even though my car had been in the shop over a month for a faulty ABS through no fault of my own. Like the cars but not worth the horrible service.

Since Schumacher VW of NPB has deemed it necessary to continue to allow an issue to happen for well over a year and a half, I'm done with their excuses. So here I am in hopes that this review will deter anyone from visiting this place. I bought my car (2015 VW Passat) in July time frame of 2019 from their used lot as a CPO (certified pre-owned). My daughter’s Jetta went in Thursday evening and by Saturday we still hadn’t even heard a diagnosis. On Saturday after an unbelievable hour of calling and getting nobody to tell us what was going on—the call center lady felt so bad for me she called Michael’s cell and he finally called me only to say it wouldn’t be ready until Monday—still not being told what was wrong. these thieving weasels told me I needed 2 front tires after a body shop didn't fix the car to my satisfaction. The tires on the car had less than 8k miles on them. And I had only driven the car 50 miles on local roads. So they screwed over the insurance company but if I had to of paid it would have still been a waste of money.
