I made my first visit here today! Tommy was my advisor! Amazing customer service! I was In and out with my issue fixed. I will definitely make this my permanent dealership for now on. It's an extra 30 minute drive from my house but atleast I know I will be helped and my issue will be resolved with no problems. Amazing people here. Thanks Tommy!

I absolutely loved my experience with Shumacker VW North Palm. I walked in very frustrated by other dealerships lying to me with terrible customer seevice. Tommy Bond my service advisor (who is outstanding at his trade) and the service director Jimmy Liantonio put me at ease. They are well trained and hold proper customer service to the highest bar. Couldn't have been happier. They saved the day and saved me money. It's those things that matter to me and most people. I highly suggest stopping into this location if you are as fed up as I was with other dealerships. These guys rock. Tommy and Jimmy are honest hard working people who resemble this company in the greatest fashion. Thank you gents!
