"Great Service" I purchased my vehicle at the Schumacher dealership in Novermber of 2015. I have since then moved to Tampa, FL. I have recently had some troubles, and unfortunately the local dealerships in this area were not helpful or polite in my correspondence. "Stellar customer advisor and service" I have owned multiple VW vehicles, from dealerships in both ny & s. Fl. I have finally found a 'vw home' @ schmacher vw in wpb due to the outstanding professionalism of Doreen Preshlock, who, unfailingly makes any service visit a efficient and easy process. Although northlake service center is closer for me, I go out of my way to go to wpb, just to have my car & time placed in Doreens's. I recommend her without hesitation!
