"New front tires" Didn't have an appointment and was pressed for time. Service advisor and mechanic worked with me to get best deal and wait time was minimal.
"Good Service" This particular location seems to be larger, therefore, more service appointments are open. My service advisor was fantastic and very quick, however, I never got a response after mail was sent in the letter showing I was due for a free tire rotation, never reimbursed.
"Great experience with new lease" This is my third car with Schumacher VW and I always have a good experience at the dealership. Mike was extremely attentive and helpful and guided me through the process of getting a new lease. I am very happy with my Tiguan and with the service at Schumacher.
"The best VW service people around!" They have such friendly, patient and helpful people! Not only was the problem identified and fixed, it was done in super fast time. Thank you, Jose and crew!
