"Schumacher Volkswagen again!" Richard Gardiner our salesman was professional, caring and sensitive to our needs. I have been buying VW,s for several years now and Richard has been our go to guy. Prior to VW's I had bought several Buick's for years. The dealership has always been top shelf, from purchase to service.
"Amazing purchase experience" I contacted about 3 dealerships and explained my situation and job and that I didn't have time to waste going in there to negotiate. I simply told him my time frame, what I wanted to our base the car for, that I had a trade in, this is what I wanted to pay monthly and he made that happen and promised me an under 1 hour sign and drive paper work appointment which happened. Ted was very pleasant to work with as well as understanding when it came to sticking within my price range.
