"Drew Swaby great service manager very friendly and..." Drew Swaby great service manager very friendly and helpful. Nice and clean dealership as well. Mostly waiting time is about 45mins to 1hour when your car is being serviced that's a beautiful thing you don't have to wait to long. Overall great dealership to be at.

"I had 2 problems with my '09 Volkswagen CC. I needed..." I had 2 problems with my '09 Volkswagen CC. I needed 2 parts. One part, they had in stock. The 2nd part, they had to order. They told me to bring the car back to them at 10 AM the next day and that it would be ready between 12-1 PM. At 12:30 PM, they called me to say that the car is fixed, vacuum and washed and that the price would be about $130 less then what they quoted me. The whole staff at the dealership was very friendly. "This is the fourth vehicle that I have leased from..." This is the fourth vehicle that I have leased from Schumacher and each experience has been great. Donna Skoda is a terrific sales person who truly understands her clients and does a super job. Additionally, my daughter and one of my co-workers have recently purchased VW's from Schumacher and are very happy. My company also has a Schumacher vehicle that is critical to our non-profit organization.

The service rep also informed me that I did not need an oil change until 10K miles, which I was unaware of until then. Note: The "Dealer Rater" rewiew website has some 'glitches', whereby if a field is missed and the user must then fill it, the screen refresh (after the prompt alerting the user to the missed fields) then eliminates some previously filled, fields. This was the third car purchase with this dealership, there were no games played. they worked very hard to get deal done where I wanted my payments and I dont have the best credit in the world. Lawrence was very nice and and straight forward if he didnt know the answer instead of guessing he asked someone. Finance agent was also straight forward and no games played. "The wait was reasonable. The price no worse than..." The wait was reasonable. The price no worse than expected. The service advisor was helpful and Friendly! Pleasant waiting room. I like the name Schumacher. Volkswagens are great especially my Jetta TDI. However this survey is a total pain in the BUTT! If you want response forget mandatory sign up. I am tired of always creating apassword for everything from finding info on socks to autos!
