"Great Salesman!" Seth was great! We are on vacation and our car broke down. We decided to look at other options. He was sympathize to our situation, a good listener and helped us find a vehicle at a great value in our budget. He also has an awesome sense of humor which is the icing on the cake. "A great customer service experience" I have thoroughly enjoyed my recent VW customer experience with Seth Gray at Schumacher Volkswagen regarding trading in my Passat and getting a Tiguan. Seth was very responsive and helpful in our phone calls and texts. He called me when he said he would and helped me understand my options. His professionalism and service ethos are great.

"Love my car!" Seth was awesome to work with! He gave me a great deal on a great car and I LOVE my VW GLI! Today I was in for service (not fo any mechanical problems) and once again Seth did an outstanding job getting things in order so I could leave my car and get a loaner car. So far, my experience at Schumacher VW has been super! I typically do not like dealing with car dealerships but Set and the team made me feel comfortable.
