This was a great dealership when they want to sell you a car. When you trade the car in its a different story. Aj Dmitry and Janet in customer service make you jump hoops when even in the form it says it only needs an odometer statement. They will butter you up to sell a car but after that good luck.
My husband and I bought an e-golf used and brought it to this dealer because it wasn't working right. RIght away we got an attitude of too bad so sad, we don't work on it, tough. We found a local small mechanic that replaced some parts on it and did a great job so we just dealt with it. Then the car had an electric system error. The mechanic worked on it ALL DAY to try to fix it but couldnt figure out what was wrong and that it was a dealer code. They didn't charge us. "Management and the repair department are a disaster...." Management and the repair department are a disaster. After six attempts to fix none functioning sensors on a 2019 Tiguan they still do not work. Management does not return phone calls, passes the buck and has otherwise wash their hands from the issue. Took the car for an oil change, and found out several weeks later that they never change the oil, only the sticker from the windshield. "Awful experience" My experience with Matt Davenport was terrible. He was great securing the deal, but then was impossible to get a hold of to handle an issue he specifically said he would handle. He lied to me and my family on multiple occasions, regarding a check that he said he issued. He is unprofessional, dismissive, and did not apologize for the 7 months of stress he caused me and my family while I tried to resolve this problem, and jeopardized my credit. "Finance Representatice "Trained" to try to scam buyers" While the salesman, Loyd, was professional and did his job fairly honest, the finance representative (Peter from Volvo) surly trashed the Schumacher's reputation with his effort to scam the customers.
