"Dealt with Schumacher VW a couple of times in the past..." Dealt with Schumacher VW a couple of times in the past and decided to buy my new car from them. When the original salesmen moved out-of-state it felt like every employee there was helping to get my backordered accessories. Service wise - I had a MIL come on one evening - took the car in the next morning and I had my car back before noon (even though their systems showed that they would not be able to get to the car until the next day).
Has not returned my call or answered my email regarding a pre-owned car i purchased 2019 Maserati Ghibli at Schumacher Pre owned west palm Beach, I bought less than a month ago with 6 different issues and another issue not fixed and I was rejected by salesperson/supervisor. Regular customer, I was assaulted by a driver in the drop off area, dealership didn't do anything, this is very unsafe. Occurred March 19th 2024 at 8:50 am Schumacher Volkswagen, West Palm Beach.
