"Schumacher Volkswagen knocks it out of the park" My lease still had 3 months to go but they took care of it. Amos Alincy gives you the white glove treatment during the entire process. This is my third car from Schumacher Volkswagen and probably won’t be my last.

"Poor customer service at time to close" Talked to internet sales agent Mike Cortes before a 3 hour trip to dealership. Mike states internet pricing is negotiable. Drive 3 hours and am told NO Internet price is final price. Purchased vehicle anyways because my wife w2ant it. Salesman Brian is OUTSTANDING> Fell apart after that. Waited over 2 hours to sin final documents. They have no customer service skills Could of cared lees after the salesman made the sale. Poor. Unacceptable. "WARNING! GO TO ANY OTHER DEALER avoid Schumacher dealers at " WARNING! GO TO ANY OTHER DEALER avoid Schumacher dealers at any cost! They've called and harassed me at least 10 times to trade in 2015 Passat for a newer one and get "a better deal", but sadly not only my payments are Higher! But a few weeks later they've returned my trade without giving me any credit or discount as the falsely promised. "Run around" Got the runaround literally from the okeechobee store. Still trying to find out if we were told the truth about our situation. We have left multiple messages so we will see what happens.
"Ignore Schumacher Volkswagen w/ Brian Wantz in charge" The only good part of Schumacher Volkswagen of West Palm Beach is the service department. The sales department leadership which is lead by Brian Wantz is disrespectful and shameful to loyal Volkswagen customers. If you are expecting a competitive price when comparing with another dealership that initially produces a great price that you have never had business with before, you will be surprised at how they will poach your business for a slim margin of a few dollars. "Poor car buying experience." Sold me a new car with a battery that lasted only one day when I specifically told them to check the battery. They did replace. The front end was or of alignment and the morons in service department could never fix, took it to Weber and they fixed first try. Car also had scratches in paint that I told would be fixed but all they did was dab a little touch up paint on and didn't even try and buff out, bunch of lazy good for nothing's at this dealership. "Worst and most expensive service in the motor trade." Before going on a 4000 mile road trip I tried for a week to contact my service rep. When I eventually got hold of him the earliest day they could check out my car was 2 days after we had to leave. I was a Toyota driver for years and never had a problem with them. This VW Tiguan has had fuel injectors replaced twice and within 3 years I had to get the head cloth replaced. Front head lights have also had to be replaced. Its the last VW I will ever own.
"Would not recommend" After talking to a salesman for over a week about 2 stated certified used cars I was interested in, I woke up my teenage son at 7 am on Sat. to drive 3 hours to buy one of these cars. At 11 am, I received an email stating both cars where sold on THURSDAY! I called the man and then he corrected himself and said the one certified car was still available (of course the more expensive one - sounds like a little bait and switch?). "Not a worry" Drove into service department w/lease vehicle issue. Service manager analyzed problem & scheduled appointment. Received loaner vehicle & was able to keep vacation plans; no problem.
