Avoid This Dealership for Service! Do yourself a favor—take your car somewhere else for service. My experience with Eric from the service department was beyond frustrating. He never answers the phone or returns calls. When we finally got in touch, he said diagnosing the codes would take about 45 minutes and that he’d let us know if my husband could get a loaner. Have attempted to purchase a vehicle from this dealership numerous times. The Sales-person (Elliott) was great. However, the Sales Manager was not. Twice we have reached an agreement on a vehicle only to have the Sales Manager change the terms in their favor AFTER agreed upon terms. Waited 6 months for the car to be built and never received an update from Schumacher. Not even one call to acknowledge they were still waiting on my order. Then once it came in, I was constantly told to come in and buy it or they would sell it to someone else. I had to wait one week on my bank to authorize the loan and I was so worried that my car would be sold so someone else. Salesman barely knew stuff about the hybrid model I was purchasing. I just went online for answers. Never going back to Schumacher for anything.

sales process, especially dealing with the finance manager would never want to go through that again all the price and warranty and a lot of things were screwed up on the paperwork. Took multiple times to get it right just a hassle.

Quite possibly thee most awful customer service experience I’ve ever had. Turn off the phone off. The whole transaction was sooo sloppy. We bought our 75 year old mom an XC60 Recharge and paid cash.. and they sent the car off with no temp tag since she’s registering out of state which is quite unusual anyway. But, then we had to call and text daily for over a week before anything. Which made the car have to sit still. A car we got her and paid CASH for. SMH. Disappointed to say the least. "Poor communications" I recently had my 2017 Volvo serviced at the West Palm Beach Location. The check in was done quickly, as I was already in their system and I had set up the service appointment on line. I left my car overnight for some warranty repairs, a factory recall, and oil change.
