"Key fobs not working" I was given a loaner car and the next afternoon the problem was solved. It was a bad antenna under the dash that receives the fob transmission
"Service maintenance" As usual dealing with Sheila is always a pleasure, she explains in details work that needs to be perform and if you agree it's done to perfection you never have to return for the same issue, she listens to her clients. Sheila is the best in the business.
"Horrible customer service, avoid at all costs!" We purchased a used vehicle from Schumacher Volvo of the Palm Beaches in February 2015. The vehicle was as expected, but our interactions with the staff left much to be desired. In the paperwork we signed with the purchase, there were multiple clerical errors, from the specific details of the vehicle we were buying to the cost. "I question the quality of my car" 1 month ago my husband and I leased a S80, this vehicle is one of 4 that we've purchased through Volvo, and the 3rd from Suburban Volvo (the S80 is the first leased) I have never had any regrets with our purchases. The sales person Elliott Banks was courteous and professional and the General manager was extremely accommodating. "unprofessional business manager, rude staff and negative exp" Rude staff, unprofessional business manager, not very courteous to the customers. The sales department was not very motivated to sell. Unenthusiastic attitude. The place has a negative vibe in it.
"Poor Service Department" I came to Volvo of Palm Beach for purchasing a backup key for my Volvo XC 90. The first time I arrived on Jan. 18 2015 I was told they do not take walk-ins for cutting keys I would have to make an appointment. At this location they don't schedule appointments after 3 pm during the week nor on Saturdays. How a service department carries those types of hours is beyond me. "upset" I took my car in on Monday for an oil change.The tech told me I have a $500.00 car ,in my opinion is an insult..Its A 1991 240 Volvo that I love.It just happens to be my favorite model.He didn't top off the fluids.He kept abruptly shaking my wheels to show me and another tech how bad I needed ball joints. "Service nightmare" Took my 2000 s40 in to have an oil leak fixed - diagnosed as a leaking vvt cam gear problem - car ran perfectly except for the oil leak - had to replace the timing belt as well since to oil was leaking heavily onto the timing belt. $1,512.10 later I picked up the vehicle and it ran fine under normal acceleration but cut out, missed and sputtered under load. "Good to Bad" This is my second purchase from Suburban Volvo with my first in 2007 and my second a few months ago. My first purchase was for a new car and was done through internet sales with Ellen Mudrick who was great.
