"To give one star is over the top.rating as far as honesty..." To give one star is over the top.rating as far as honesty goes. Will make promises to get a deal from you. Once deal is made they change their story. JP makes a deal that even the salesman admits to . He wouldn’t return my phone calls after many attempts to reach him. I had to go to the dealership twice in order to speak with him. When meeting with him he lied and was very arrogant. Will never recommend this dealership again!!

"It was more like an event than buying a vehicle...." Joel was great introducing me to Volvo, I will never go back to another vehicle. Greter showed me all the controls, including the red bow!

"No appointment work done and out!" I was having some unusual car messages and when I called Chirs told me to drop by and get the issue checked which I did the next day as convenient for me but no appointment. Chris looked into the issue with his team who discovered the culprit while I was in the lounge and with my permission the mechanics replaced the part ( car was somewhat apart at that time) and an hour later the car was ready ahead of schedule.

"slow leak in left rear tire" I brought my car in last min. on a Friday night with a slow leak at 3:45pm and chris p saw me and came over saw the problem and took care of it within a half hr.

"Unable to schedule much needed service " I will never buy another car here. I have spent over an hour and a half on calls just trying to make a service appointment. Each call takes 10-15 minutes to get through to speak to someone because the annoying recording says "higher than normal call volume." They should hire more people if that is the ongoing issue. I have spoken to four people asking for someone to call and confirm my appointment for service trying different numbers listed on line. Not one person has called or email... read more

"Lied to by leasing sales manager" I went to to take advantage Volvo's lease end mid summar sales event (that is how Volvo spelled it) and was very nicely greeted by the lease manager.who said he would look into it. After a few moments he returned and told me they had no inventory of T5Inscription left.. To my surprise upon leaving I saw a T5 facing the parking lot in front of the dealership's window. No plate means it's unowned. He had inventory.

"Worst dealer experience ever! " I will never go back. They appear to be pleasant and polite at first but they are really dishonest. Sold lemon car without disclosing problems and would not take it back nor replace it. Volvo North America Customer Service is also not helpful. Every time we requested a quote the car price increased and so did the fees. We will not recommend it. If you really want a Volvo, go to Weston instead. "back seat removal" Yesterday while bringing home our dog after surgery at the vet he made a mess in the back seat. A 2017 XC60. The owners manual had no information on removing the seat. I called the dealership 3 times and could not get anyone in service to answer. I called Richard Gardiner, our salesman and he called back within a minute. He went to the service department and had an answer in 5 minutes. The seat is easily removed once I knew where to look. I may not have found the button without Richard's help. "volvo safty " I bought a car from suburban volvo palm beach about 1 1/2 years ago.i just went to get new tires for our cx-70, and found out it needed 215/65/16 102v tires.v tires are for cars that have a high speed rating.here i find out that the tires on the car sold to me were not the rated tires required by the manufacture. putting me and my family at risk of blowing a tire at high speeds.VOLVO SAFETY NOT AT SUBURBAN!!!
