I don't normally enjoy buying a car in Florida but Volvo exceeded all my expectations. I would definatly return and buy another vehicle from the good folks at Volvo. I purchased a 2024 volvo xc60 recharge from Schumaker in Feb 2024. I received a notice for a recall and I also needed service on my vehicle. I called over 6 times on 6 different days to talk to the representative (Steven) who handles service re recalls and never got a call back. Finally I contacted the general manager who got him to call me. I asked why I never got a call back and he said it was fixed by a software update. Myron, so sorry for the poor communication regarding your recall. Many of the recalls that are performed by the manufacturer can be done over the air. This is done to update the software in the car and eliminates the need for coming to the service drive. We apologize for any inconvenience that you experienced.
