But I have never bought a car either new or used that upon delivery it wasn't washed and the tank filled up. I'm not saying the car was dirty because it wasn't but it had not been touched and the tank was only 3/4 filled. I found that to be cheap and tacky. Mutiple issues: - Inside & Outside of car was not clean - Tried giving us the Car without a Mat - They tried to give the car without manual - They damaged the tint on rear window & did not tell us.
