My cameras stopped working on 10/22/23, before I had a chance to schedule an appt for annual maintenance. I took the chance of visiting the dealership without an appt because I was very nervous about driving, (especially parking). I walked away from a previous commitment to a different agency minutes before I purchased my Volvo. Granted, Elliott Bates knew the circumstances but his patience and commitment to the customer reinforced that I made the right decision. Further, everyone involved was efficient and transparent. NO sales pressure and minimal haggling (my husband's contribution). Clear from the minute we met Elliott, customer was the first priority, not the sale.
