"Repair work" Sheila was very nice and very honest. When the workers suggest a timing belt since I had 176,000 miles on my car , she said that I had one at 100.000 and did not need one yet.

"Courteous service, as usual!" I never dread going to the dealer. Everyone is so professional. Waiting for the service to be completed is painless. The waiting area is well-stocked with hot drinks and snacks along with TV, Wi-Fi, the day's newspaper, and new magazines. Whenever I have my car serviced, I think of the time spent there as a comfortable break from busy-ness. To top it off, my car is delivered back to me washed and vacuumed.
"Great people" Dealing with Don and Pablo was a wonderful experience. Buying my 2012 Ford F-150 was a quick purchase. I would definitely buy here again.

My service advisor, Shelia, was attentive to my vehicle's need and had my Shuttle car ready soon after my pulling in. Very little waiting from checking in, to being picked up by the shuttle driver. My car was so clean, after the initial warranty scheduled service, that I didn't immediately recognize it. Amazing! Prompt, courteous, and attentive service. What more could one ask for?
