"New Battery" The XC90 needed a new battery (as identified in recent oil change and overall systems check). It was replaced in under an hour. Ms. Shular was, as always, professional, understanding, and most helpful! Jan

"Great professionalism." Greeting by Mark was exceptional. Expected typical 'hello, welcome, blah, blah' but he was enthusiastic, truly made me feel coming to the dealer for service was the right decision, listened to what was required, and moved forward. I expected the wait time to be much longer than the actual, in fact it was half the time expected. Explained the service and asked that I come back if any issues and the next time service was required. Very professional!
"I always receive exceptional service" I always get treated with the highest level of professionalism. My service representative, Sheila Shular, is always very welcoming and completely knowledgeable. I have confidence that my car is getting the best service possible according to the high standards of the Volvo brand.
"Repair work" Sheila was very nice and very honest. When the workers suggest a timing belt since I had 176,000 miles on my car , she said that I had one at 100.000 and did not need one yet.
"NEW VOLVO" LOVE THE CAR AND EXPERIENCE, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED DEALER THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. EVERYONE WAS ENTHUSIASTIC, MADE ME FEEL WELCOME AND LIKE I'M PART OF THE FAMILY. THANK YOU!
"Courteous service, as usual!" I never dread going to the dealer. Everyone is so professional. Waiting for the service to be completed is painless. The waiting area is well-stocked with hot drinks and snacks along with TV, Wi-Fi, the day's newspaper, and new magazines. Whenever I have my car serviced, I think of the time spent there as a comfortable break from busy-ness. To top it off, my car is delivered back to me washed and vacuumed.
"Great people" Dealing with Don and Pablo was a wonderful experience. Buying my 2012 Ford F-150 was a quick purchase. I would definitely buy here again.
