"New lease" This was my first experience with suburban and sales person Maryanne. The overall experience was excellent. Maryanne was a pleasure to interact with, cordial, and knowledgeable re the car and the various options available to me re the Volvo and new lease. She was gracious, very professional, and introduced me to her GM and service staff. "I was pleased from the very begninning with the..." I was pleased from the very begninning with the friendliness of the sales person Elliott. He was straightforward and honest, which is always a plus when buying a car. After dealing with Elliott, I was moved to the finance manager Pierre who was excellent and friendly. The entire experience was great including one of the employees giving a bag of Cheetos to one of my daughters. I just want to say thanks for the excellent customer service and for a great car.
