"Volvo XC90 Purchase" I pre-ordered the 2016 Volvo XC90 and worked with Elliott Bates. Since the beginning Elliott has been very engaged in the process and always available to speak to, even on evenings. He properly managed my expectations regarding arrival dates for the car and delivered a very seamless, easy sales process. He has been very structured at following up with the purchase and helping in any way he can. His behavior fully aligns with the vision of premium service I expected from Volvo.
"service for my Volvo XC60" My experience with Marc Friedman in service was wonderful. He kept me updated and was very courteous. He explained everything to me and went out of his way to make sure I was a satisfied customer.

"Elliott made my purchase experience easy and pleasant" When I arrived, I told the salesperson what I was looking for. He told me he had two vehicles that met my requirements, and we spoke about price. Elliott gave me a fairly good price, but not quite as good as I wanted. I called him back the next day and told him that if he could meet my price, he would have a customer.
