"Service Visit" Came in for service (oil change & check up) expecting the visit to run around $100......$850 later, I was on my way. Darwin was very friendly, explained everything & was accommating with a loaner. Aside from the cost, it was a pleasant visit.
"Excellent Experience" Chris was excellent in giving me an overview of all the features in my new Xc60 SUV. I road away confidently knowing how to use the new features on my new car.

"My satisfaction rating" My service specialist was very professional, prompt, helpful and informative. I will defiantly will go back there to see my technician to take care of my Volvo, and not necessary for the unreasobale prices with unfair extra fees that the dealer ship adds to the charges!
"Far Exceeded My Expectations" My wife and I were traveling from Virginia to Florida when the air conditioning in her 2003 XC90 stopped cooling enough that the car got uncomfortably warm. We drove in with no appointment and were taken care of by Service Consultant, Marc Friedman. He made sure we were comfortable, got our car into service almost immediately, and even offered a loaner if we needed to leave.
