Unfortunately my Admiral NVR died, but within 10 minutes and a very pleasant and easy review with support (thank you Chris!), I have a replacement on the way. No trouble, no fuss. Wish the device had not died but support experience was top notch.

We had an issue with one of our camera views not updating properly. After contacting SCW by email, we were called within 5 minutes and the problem was identified. Within the hour, they had remedied the problem. They were very helpful and quick to respond. Zach and Ethan (I believe) were very polite and respectful. Keep up the good work!

Bought some active deterrence Warrior's for my residential home due to some recent break ins in our area. People detection capabilities working great and have it setup for night time hours. SCW is a great company from the purchasing process to the support staff. I was on a support call today with Dakota for quite some time because my mac computers were not cooperating with us.
