I really can't say enough about the tech support at Security Camera Warehouse. I've spoken to at least four of them. Each were knowledgeable, helpful, personable, and just plain smart. I have called tech support on several occasions for various reasons. Examples include adding more cameras, changing out NVR's, or just on configuring my system in general. Without their tech support, I would figuratively be "dead in the water." I served on a nuclear submarine, and have a ************************* with sailing endorsement, so I know what might be the horror of that. I believe their tech support puts them head and shoulders above any other security camera system. On one occasion, I placed a call to SCW Tech Support, and lost my phone connection before I could speak with anyone. Shortly thereafter, I received a call from a wonderful Tech who said, "we noticed you attempted to call us, how can I help." Is that cool, or what?A major plus is all their cams must be hard wired. That's a good thing due the the fickleness of WiFi cams. My only blemish to this review would be their sales department, albeit minor. I was sold an NVR and was not informed if I wanted to capture recordings, I would have to add a hard drive (the smaller HD's were very inexpensive). In all fairness, other interactions with Sales have been good, One example is a Sales Rep going above and beyond to ensure I received the exact mounting hardware, offering sending a piece I may not need, but to ensure if I needed it, I would have it. I agreed to return the piece if not needed. The one thing that would push the envelope for SCW in their success would be someway to help consumers to connect with companies that run low voltage wiring, e.g., HDMI to connect to their NVR's.All in all, companies like this should scare the competition, what with their clearly outstanding business acumen. Before going with SCW, I had terrible experiences with Guardian Camera Security, Lorex, and others.
