I had scw cameras for close to 10 years now. The tech support has been awesome with minor issues throughout the years. I recently upgraded and never thought twice about going to another company. I have been referring them for years now.

We have (9) SCW cameras at our car wash. Over the past 3 years we had (3) vandalizing actions and after giving a flash drive of pictures to the police we got (3) arrests. The peace of mind I get monitoring the facility (90) miles away is priceless. After years of trying big box store systems with images so bad I couldn't use, I found a professional organization offering prices I can afford. Installation of the equipment is as simple as 1,2,3. I agonized over what security system to purchase, there’s a lot of systems out there on the internet that promise a lot at an unbelievably low cost. I’ve always been a if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. I decided that my home and property deserved the same quality as the Fortune 50 company’s trust. I was adding a non-SCW camera to my Vanguard system and was having trouble with the camera connecting with the NVR. The camera manufacturer said that I needed to update the NVR's firmware to a new ONVIF version. After reaching out to SCW support, they helped upgrade the firmware on my six year old system. Andrew gave me very clear directions, but unfortunately the upgrade did not go smoothly due to the firmware corrupting my NVR, and my system went down. Benjamin Larue, the installers, the follow-up technical support have all been a great set of folks to work with in improving our security cameras or our church and school ministries! Feeling safe and being able to "look back" at footage to answer the common questions, "How did that happen?" has become important to people, especially when they entrust their children with your care. Incredible Experience....I would like to give them 10 stars! I originally bought a cameras from a Chinese company on Amazon and had a terrible experience. Zero Su toner service, no install manual, no tech support, just terrible all around. I decided to search for a US based company and am so lucky to have found SCW. What a difference! I just purchased and installed an SCW Lookout camera. It is incredible the view this camera gives, beginning with the detail at full zoom. We live on a river and 2.44 miles across the river is a lighthouse and a house next to it. With this camera, I can tell if there are people on the porch of the house and almost identify them. This cameras is great value for the money. And the Tech Support people, especially CJ, stick with you to solve all your install problems.
