Break-ins and crime in general seems to be a problem here. I don't know what kind of fantasy world the previous reviewers are living in because their reviews do not describe Birkdale Commons. Rarely a day goes by that I don't see the police out here for something. Thankfully, my lease is almost up!

About 75% of the people in this complex (including management) is trailer trash. Not to mention that the residents are the noisiest and most inconsiderate neighbors I've ever had.
This place is horrible! Would not reccommend to anyone except drunken men without women who are desperate to find friends!!! Dirty carpet on move in day and the staff has nothing to do put pick on every little petty thing. Staff also parties with tenants and favors them!!! Everyone is paying a different price for the same unit size! Overall I hate it here and can't stand the people- all...
wuld not chooze here again. Glad i only have short lease. Maint. was good even gr8. nothing else was. mangement sucks, community are drunks and yes I have been part of it. til my gf told me no more. woud tell anyone to not move here
Tey worst place I have ever lived. They do not care about there tenants at all. Learn from my mistake DO NOT LIVE THERE.
