Half way through lease stove burners started going out and they wouldn't replace stove and sinks leaked they wouldn't fix that tubs cracking and air went out took almost a full week to get it fixed

HORRIBLE, JUST HORRIBLE!!!! Never will I live in a place like this again. These people were so rude and disrepectful...so glad to be out of there! Pleaseeee do not waste your time living here....you will totally regret it!!!
Does anyone know what the management companies name was that owned Birkdale Commons?
I have lived under both management companies, and the new management is better, but far from perfect. They have been nothing but rude and dishonest since renewing my lease. They will be there to help you as long as it benefits them, otherwise fork over your checkbook! Will never deal with them or the beach company again!!!!
I lived on the 2nd floor, which my kids are kids.... Ages 3 and 5....they play like kids do on the floor...but down stairs they sound like a herd of buffalo because of the cheap construction of the building....if you have kids make sure you live on the bottom floor or you will have major harassment from your neighbors and no resolve from the sugar coating management!!!(pat & adrian)....
I just moved here. I am not happy nor satified. I feel decieved as I understood this was a "FAMILY" place. All I have seen are teeny boopers running around with beeer cans in their hands, foul language, and inappropriate behavior that occassionally included the staff. I am disgusted and this only sets a bad example for my children. And there IS dog poop all over the place!!
