I think this place is great, i moved in right when Seaside Grove took over and I love it!! It is quiet and safe, I am a quiet college student appreciates my respectful neighbors. The place is pretty and there are cool things like free dvd rentals in the office. The staff knows me by name and they are nice
Lived here for 16 months while in school. Loved it! Very nice and well maintained units and property grounds. Staff was wonderful. Very polite and willing to help with any problems. I have lived here going on 2 years. It is an apartment complex. You get some people in that aren't the best neighbors and you get others in that are great. You also hear the people above you as the people below me probably hear me. Parking sometime sucks but it is more on the weekend when the college kids are partying. Overall, it is a great place to live. The area is always well maintained....
Me and my fiance moved in in August of 2010 and have loved living here so far. The apartment is nice for the price and I have never had an issue with the staff. I like that they are pet friendly and I think it's the best complex for having a dog. My only complaint is that they do not enforce people picking up after their pets!! Should be in the lease that if you're caught twice not picking up...
My boyfriend and I recently moved into Seaside Grove. The office staff was extremely helpful in getting all the paperwork done among other things. The apartment was immaculate and beautiful. It has been a pleasure being here thus far.

I lived here for 3 years while attending college. I chose Seaside Grove over the internet because they are pet friendly. I loved living here and was sad to leave. The office staff are friendly and will even check on your apartment while you are gone and water your plants. The coffee in the office is great and free. Would have stayed here if I wasn't moving out of state.
