My mother found this apartment online and we came to visit while I looked into attending school in the area. We chose Seaside Grove because it was close to the school I would be attending. My dog is allowed and they even have treats in the office for her. My apartment is quiet for studying and there is wi-fi throughout the property too.
i have lived in Seaside Grove for 3 years and before it was Called birkdale commons, birkdale was the worst place u could live b4 now Seaside is the nicest and most curtious place to live: pool park for kids park for dogs gazebo party room lake free 5day movie rentals nice staff and im sry if u disagree wit my opinion but Seaside Grove is th ebest place to live
Whoa, what's with the previous two reviewers? Maybe I magically got the only building without any problems... or maybe those two are a couple of whiners. Hmm.
Leased over the phone, through website and email based upon friends recommendation. Every step was smooth sailing our apartment was ready for our move in date all we had to do was walk in and pay our deposit and they handed us keys. Dogs love the bark park and the walking trail around the pond.
We love Seaside. We have only been here about two weeks, but we are very happy. The staff is amazing. The ground are well manicured. Maintenance is awesome. We are on the second floor and do not hear our neighbors. We love that there is an area that we can take our dogs to run and play. The pond is beautiful and has a sidewalk around it that is well lighted at night. The amenities are great....
Unlike the one person who seemingly had a bad experience living at Birkdale, I really enjoy living here. The people in the office are extremely nice and accomodating. The apartments are brand new and we have not had a single problem living here.
I would not reccomend ANYONE to live at this place. Those who run this area are very picky as to who they are nice to. Be careful, they will smile and tell you one thing and then mysteriously, the files that needed to be there will be gone. Look out, dont do it... its truly a nightmare! The officers on duty here dont even do it right.
