I have had some troubles with stor america in the past however today they had transferred a new empolyee named Paulina and she was the most nicest cooperative and attending to all of our concerns and completed our process for moving very efficiently. She was pleasant cheerful and gave us bottled water when it was 110 degrees outside. She seemed very genuine. I love it thank you!
Jehd was fabulous!! We checked in on 11/7/15 (sorry it's taken me so long to write this ;-) and he was fabulous! I called and spoke to him after my online inquiry and he was wonderful! His manner and professionalism were unparalleled. He answered all questions, showed us the prospective storage unit with care, and simply handled the transaction with grace from start to finish! This place is wonderful. I moved my stuff in here and everyone was really nice and made it as easy for me as possible. I had heard all kinds of horror stories about storage companies and was nervous. My things were safe and in place when I came to get them a month and a week later and they couldn't have been more accommodating (since I didn't know what day I was moving my things out, they said to just come in and pay my pro-rated amount on the day I left as I had given them notice of around when it would be). Great location very convenient Cook St. at 42nd Ave. I referred a friend to this facility and he has been happy. Plenty of cameras, lights, property is kept clean and the people at the office are polite. Check them out they have a move in special and offer a free moving truck that you can use when you move in.
Loved the service - we just needed a place to store some things for a little while. They honored the move-in special as advertised on yelp and the truck was included. Super deal and very convenient!
Best customer service ever. Jehd and all of the staff in the office are helpful and friendly. They work to understand what you need and get you the right sized unit at a good price. Check these guys out first when you're looking for a storage.
Great experience! Pretty reasonable rates for good size storage, very friendly staff. Even let you borrow their moving truck!
