Easy on line reservation and manager at selected location was able to pull up my information from on line reservation, unlike other storage companies. Palm Desert location had the space as advertised.

Stephanie helped me with efficiency, and quickly took care of all my rental space needs. She had an excellent attitude and I rate her customer service skills as the best!! She took the time to show me to my space, practice my gate access, and make sure I had everything I required to move into my space during after hours.
