We are planning on moving to Palm Desert soon and we need a storage. We found this in Yelp and decided to check it out. The managers were very friendly and showed us around the storage areas. We looked at other storage space in the area and we like this one the best because of their prices, awesome customer service and good storage spaces.
Cheapest storage and great customer service! They also have a $9 move-in special for the first month of rent :)
This building has to be the best storage place I've been to. Believe me, I've been to 6 different storage places before but this has been the cleanest and safest place so far. The price is as fair as you can get around the area. Big thumbs up!
Immensely dissatisfied with the lack of communication and blatant disregard for personal consideration. I would NEVER recommend this business and their service indifference. Sadly, I'm 100% convinced they do not care. Go elsewhere.

I was less than impressed to say the least. I went to check out and there was no one in the office. The sign said they were at the bank. Great! It was the last day of the month and I didn't want to be charged for another, so I called and told them I'm out of there, and to please return my call to confirm I won't be charged and to mail me a reimbursement. Of course no one returned my call! The place is a dump and easy to break into if you can get through the gate. My unit had a huge hole and they simply nailed on a board. I... read more

Good location and no security issues. However they will raise your rent about every 3-6 months after your initial contract which you will have to negotiate. Also after move out they will bill you and threaten collection if you are after the first of the month. We had a car in storage which was being shipped out under short notice as a military transfer. The company I work for has 2 units rented out at this facility. For months we have been receiving late fees because of not receiving our mailed invoices. When we asked to change it to email, they never did it. I have called them every day this week, which equals 3 times, requesting our name to be correctly spelled and our invoice to be emailed to us since the invoices are not reaching us by mail. Great location but horrible customer service and management. I know all storage places give you an "introductory" rate to get you to move in and the price eventually increases. When I moved in I was told my rate would increase in 6 months but would be "very close to the move in rate". Then they tried to increase the price of my storage unit by 66%! I got them down to a 22% increase but after three months of being billed incorrectly and numerous phone calls and emails to try and get it corrected I have moved out. I was abl... read more
