Everyone at front office are super helpful. Their rates are better than most places I called in the area and I feel safe as a single woman going on premises even at night. Also is very clean.

Tricia has helped me deal time and time again with a very stressful situation. My parent's storage unit is just a huge sources of stress for me and my family. She is always calming and always kind as we work through emptying a lifetime of memories. Thank you for you continued kindness!!!

I have recently moved into this storage facility and am very happy. i originally thought i rented 2 10 x 10 units since they didn't have any 10 x 20 units at the time but while i was moving in a 10 x 20 opened up and i was able to change with no issue, Daniel, and Rosie have been so helpful with everything. Clean facility and i like how secure they run their facility. thank you- Laura

This was some of the BEST Customer Service I have ever had! Alyssa was emailing with me about maybe 10 emails at least with all my questions - so quick to respond and SO helpful! Then once I was there is was Krista who got me all set up and she is a PRO!! Her owners should give this woman a raise because I could not believe how well she ran me through so much information and it was speedy but thorough. She is funny and polite and very organized. I was contacted by El Camino Self Storage yesterday to see what they could do to help as they stated it was not their intention to harass/threaten. They worked to assist me with removing a fee and also scheduling their truck to help with my move out of their facility which is greatly appreciated. Also offered additional suggestions as the consignment store and computer equipment, thank you. This is how business should be conducted and I hope we all learned from this. This is more of a service announcement than a review. But, I think it's kind of important, seeing as I've been looking for a place like this for years. El Camino Self Storage has an E-Recycling Center that is open year-round. I don't think a weekend goes by where I don't look at a pile of old computer parts and equipment by the door and tell myself that that weekend is the weekend when I finally get rid of all of that junk. I've used this facility many times over the years. It is a well run business and the people who work here are courteous and helpful. I greatly appreciate the convenience and accessibility with loading/unloading ramps, elevators and available carts for use.. I've referred many friends who were and still are very satisfied customers as well. This facility satisfied my storage needs and made my moves and adjustments in and out of storage so much easier. I would refer anyone to El Camino Self Storage with confidence.
