Helpful and responsive staff based on my experience. The staff helped guide me backing a trailer into the spot the first time, this required some patience on their part since i was new to driving with a trailer. Prompt and helpful getting signed up and started with the rented space.

Everyone at front office are super helpful. Their rates are better than most places I called in the area and I feel safe as a single woman going on premises even at night. Also is very clean.

I have recently moved into this storage facility and am very happy. i originally thought i rented 2 10 x 10 units since they didn't have any 10 x 20 units at the time but while i was moving in a 10 x 20 opened up and i was able to change with no issue, Daniel, and Rosie have been so helpful with everything. Clean facility and i like how secure they run their facility. thank you- Laura
This was some of the BEST Customer Service I have ever had! Alyssa was emailing with me about maybe 10 emails at least with all my questions - so quick to respond and SO helpful! Then once I was there is was Krista who got me all set up and she is a PRO!! I was contacted by El Camino Self Storage yesterday to see what they could do to help as they stated it was not their intention to harass/threaten. They worked to assist me with removing a fee and also scheduling their truck to help with my move out of their facility which is greatly appreciated. Also offered additional suggestions as the consignment store and computer equipment, thank you. This is how business should be conducted and I hope we all learned from this. This is more of a service announcement than a review. But, I think it's kind of important, seeing as I've been looking for a place like this for years. El Camino Self Storage has an E-Recycling Center that is open year-round. I don't think a weekend goes by where I don't look at a pile of old computer parts and equipment by the door and tell myself that that weekend is the weekend when I finally get rid of all of that junk.
