I've used this facility many times over the years. It is a well run business and the people who work here are courteous and helpful. I greatly appreciate the convenience and accessibility with loading/unloading ramps, elevators and available carts for use.. I've referred many friends who were and still are very satisfied customers as well. This facility satisfied my storage needs and made my moves and adjustments in and out of storage so much easier. I would refer anyone to El Camino Self Storage with confidence.

Love this place. So far no problems. Rented for approx one year. They call me every month if I forget to pay snd take cc over phone. Cutest service .

Alyssa, Krista and Luz are awesome- friendly and also efficient and courteous. The facility itself is clean and well lit. No complaints here!

The price was a little pricey. 4 star for the price but, the workers in the office were nice and the facility's were nice and clean not like other places. Maybe thats why it was pricey. But overall its a good place to rent if you want your stuff to be stored in a safe and clean storage.

I never really noticed that there was a storage facility right behind my gym (LA fitness), since I'm moving to a smaller house I needed to find a place to put all my extra stuff before deciding on what to do with it. When I went in I noticed how big it was and even though their prices were a bit higher that some other places I looked into at least they gave me the full price upfront including insurance and admin fee, no extra surprise fees. Previous employees aside, this storage company was my first customer service in Cali.Krista has been a great help and is very knowledgable.From fees to use of the storage in general, everything was upfront.Always promt in returning e-mails.She sets the bar for anyone in this business.Also received help from two other employees, I think Bonney and a younger blonde who works weekends.Sad to leave , but our new apartment comes with storage.Highly recommend !Only one drawback loading ramp positions you in the way, unavoidable I ... read more

This is an excellent storage facility with outstanding, friendly staff. We have an RV stored here and feel completely at ease with the security of the facility. We have had nothing but excellent interactions with Tim, who has been very helpful from our first encounter. When the first space we had turned out to be a problem for us, Tim very graciously moved us to a spot that was easier for us to maneuver our RV in and out. This seems to be an honest business. The employees have been very friendly and helpful. I found the "free" truck useful (not actually free- $20 for insurance was required) although the truck had a hole in the roof which got some of my stuff a little wet from the rain. (What is the insurance for if they aren't going to repair the truck, I ask?) The storage space seems clean and dry and I feel pretty comfortable about leaving my belongings there. Scammers. Similar to Jacks review, they bump the rent shortly after moving in. They send an email stating periodically they need to raise rent but it's not complex wide, it's just for the new customers who they can scam after you already moved in all your stuff. When it was El Camino Self Storage we had a unit for almost 2 years before rent was raised.
