I cannot say enough about the friendly, helpful, and efficient staff. The service they provide is off the charts. I obtained a good unit for me with their help and expertise. I got this unit just walking in the door. I appreciate the various levels of security they have in place. There is even someone there on the property 24/7!! My unit was clean and easy to get to. I got support quickly and easily to setup my online account. Thank you Penny and Laura for being so great!
I picked this storage place because of the great customer service they gave me over the phone when I called them almost two years ago. Very friendly and very helpful made me feel comfortable leaving my stuff in a safe place.
I picked Security Public Storage to store my things because I am making a move and needed a secure place to keep my properties where they would be safe. I was really Impressed at how clean the unit is compared to the other places I looked at. The unit is well lit which is helpful if you need to enter at night. Helpful staff. If your looking for a secure storage unit look no further than Security Pacific Storage. That's why I gave 5 stars. Can't beat em.
Needed several units on short notice. Penny and melissa were a ton help, and was even to do everything over phone/online. Would definitely recommend
My family and I have use this facility time after time and we get numerous storage units. The place is very clean and the staff is very helpful and responds very quickly if there is ever an issue that arises. This is the only storage facility I would never recommend anybody use.
Staff is nice and reserving a storage unit was a breeze. The facility is very clean and secure. Hours to access the units are very convenient. This is the second time I’ve used this facility to store my stuff, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Office staff is always polite and professional. Grounds are clean and well maintained. Security seems to be prioritized. Zero issues to date.
I’ve been renting here for a while now and would recommend to anyone. The ladies in the office are all smiles and we always have a nice time talking. I know my things are safe with them.
The lady’s at this storage have been so helpful with the transitions of my life! I was able to downsize and got a great deal. They are kind and friendly every time we speak and it’s crazy how safe i feel with my items there in storage! Thank you
