I have been a customer at the San Pablo, CA property for well over 11 years now and believe me when I say that (A) They take stellar care of your property and (B) The employees are hands down the best employees that I've had contact with when doing business. They're friendly and will go out of their way to provide exceptional customer service. Never too busy to help and always patient when I call or visit the office with questions. You can certainly trust this location! 5 stars all the way!!

I've been a long time customer of this location. The service, rates, and customer service experience has been great for the past 6 years. If there are billing issues that arise, the Customer Service team works quickly to resolve any problems that come up. Overall I give this location a grheat rating based upon my personal experience.

Since they have updated the online mobile app, payments are a breeze! Honestly I have never been on any other site that lets me process payments so fast, easy, and time saving!!! I love apps that save time! This is by far the one that have saved me much time. I can process a payment in less than 2min! ¿¿

Security Public Storage is the only way to go!! It's in a prime location, and not only is it extremely safe and the most inexpensive place around but the management and staff are superb!
