Great customer service. Melissa and Enrique are patient and don't try to upsell anything. The units are very accessible with elevator access. This company takes its approach to security very seriously.
Excellent facility, great staff! Easy entry & usage of site. I've had other storages before & this is by far the best. No issues, clean, good lighting, everything you could need. I might be getting another unit soon if there is one available there & not just because I already have one. Better than the place next door!
Security Public Storage saved me from so much hassle! I recently was moving out of my apartment and had no where to put my stuff, after calling several other storage places that were all over priced and small I finally called SPS in El Sobrante. Got a great deal & amazing personal customer service from the staff. Thank you all very much. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Very safe, friendly, & great priced.
SPS is the best and cheapest storage around. The people are amazing and the whole place is very clean. Each unit has its own alarm. I wouldn't store my stuff anywhere else.
These people are awesome and I enjoy doing business with them. They are serious about their work and make sure everything is done right.
