Update- Complete garbage.. Company will not stand behind products it sells.... Seed World will treat you like dirt and tell you you don't know what you're doing, even if you've ordered and used their products for several years.... Summary - Don't buy from people who refuse to stand behind their products, they don't care.... Ordering Bahia grass seed was straight forward with delivery being reasonably quick at four days to receive two 10 pound bags of coated seed. I planted within a few days of receipt on 28 October. Although I have not observed germination yet, the weather in central FL in late October is cooler than the optimal planting temperatures. I expect seedlings to sprout prior to Thanksgiving. I received my order of Seville St. Augustine grass plugs, they were nice and green and well watered. I had a few areas of patchy grass and these were perfect. I was so happy I ordered a second lot, they are all growing well. Would highly recommend this company !
Horrible Service. Product not delivered as promised. Ordered a 50 lb bag of palm fertilizer and never received it. Upon ordering online their website states it will take two days to arrive. Vendor states it's waiting for UPS to pick it up. UPS says they never received the package from shipper. I called seed world and they say it's going arrive tomorrow but UPS has not received the package from the vendor. Horrible customer service. Unresponsive, they don't respond to e-mails sent from within their website. Good luck trying... read more
