Told me they had a ticket made for an order shipped via FedEx, locally in Florida. I waited nine days and the tracking status had not changed, so I called and told them to cancel the order. The dumbasses shipped it. They claimed that it was it was delivered to the wrong address. Completely a lie. I had contacted Fedex several times who told me that they never received an order to pick this up. All they did was stall, and lie. We purchased seed a couple of weeks ago and the seed was fine, shipping was fine but the customer service (or lack there of) was less than ideal. I reached out multiple times via email and phone and never heard back from anyone. All we needed was to change our shipping address but nobody would respond to us. I will look elsewhere for seed next time we purchase.
Shipped me 50 lbs of the wrong stuff. I'm still waiting for an answer to my email asking what they could do to make it right. Fly-by-night treatment IMO. Won't ever purchase from them again.
