A FedEx label was created the next day after my order but it has been 9 days as today and it shows ZERO update. They can charge you when a shipping label is generated but you will never get your plants
Think hard before ordering! Shipping was fast but they shipped a different product then what was ordered! I called before ordering and checked all the boxes only to still have it shipped wrong. CS isnt any help and refuses to provide a RMA. This went on for a week with no choice for me then to file a dispute with my CC company in order to get this made right. Terry Harris!!!!
After you send them your hard earned money they never send what you order, and never respond to any email or answer the phone. don't waste your time or money with these people. it's a scam

I have never received my order. The tracking number that they sent me was pre.Printed the day I placed my order, but nothing has happened.It has not moved. I tried calling. Finally, someone answered and then they hung up on me before I could finish talking. i would like my order or a refund
I received my order, but instead of the Image Lawn Weed and Crabgrass Killer, I received Ortho Weed B Gone. Not only did I receive a totally different product than what I purchased, the shipping was horrible. In transit the bottle somehow came open, spilling the product all over the inside of the packaging. I’m totally disappointed with the entire experience with your company. I’m reviewing on behalf of a friend who doesn’t have social media who has been ghosted by your customer service team via email. She was told your company would replace a damaged tomato plant she purchased online as a Mother’s Day gift. This was a month ago and she has not received a replacement, refund, or a reply to her last three emails over a months time. Ordered on March 25; order confirmed March 25 with shipment awaiting pickup. On March 29, still not shipped. Called 3 times. Emailed SeedWorld and received automated reply that someone would be contacting me. Called 2x again on April 1. Every call went unanswered. No response from email. FedEx tracking showed picked up on April 2. Finally received on April 4. Still no response from SeedWorld from my phone messages or email.
