I ordered 1 lb of BotaniGard 22wp and a fig tree. I received my order on 5/14 and the fertilizer was not in the package, the tree is covered in mold and fungus, and they do not respond to emails (other than an automated message) nor do they answer the phone or return calls. I spent $98.95 including shipping and for that I received a diseased tree. The company is unresponsive and impossible to contact. I’m filing a complaint with the BBB. They also go by “SeedRanch.com”, so beware of that too.
Ordered seed for a job (and have never had issues growing any type of grass). 5lbs of Arden 15 seed did not yield a single blade of grass. So, I order a different type of grass (Yukon) and pay $11 for 2-day shipping. It's been 6 days now and they printed the label, but still have not shipped anything. Emailed them twice about these orders and no response. Called them and got a voicemail saying to leave a message at the beep (but the beep is them ending the call so that you cannot leave a msg). Very bad experience, the item I ordered arrived in very bad condition, and they have not given me an answer yet, they are irresponsible
this is the second time I've received the wrong order maybe they will get it right on the 3rd attempt or maybe I should just go ahead and order from a different company
RecommendedThis is a very efficient company when it comes to customer service. Their communication starts from the moment you submit your order. Mine was almost immediate when I placed the order on Thursday evening. On Friday I received shipping notification including tracking. It arrived perfectly packaged today on Monday. They are 2 for 2 on my orders. First order didn’t include my clover seed, which ironically was the first seed needed to go in the ground out of my whole purchase. One of the seed bags was completely busted open due to a poor seal on the bag. Second order that I trusted them with, took a week to even get off the shipping ramp. That order too included a bag busted wide open. Luckily it was a large seed that was easier to collect back into a proper container. Deer Creek Seed Company from here!
Ordered pesticides on 7/28, it is now 8/8 and they still haven't shipped. This is now costing me a double purchase as I cannot wait longer to treat the farm. Almost 400 in products.
The pint of Surfactant had leaked out. Apparently it was a concern during packing because they had black taped the cap. Should had shipped a bottle that was not leaking previously. Tried calling, however no response! Very disappointed and dissatisfied!!!!
Erroneous tracking numbers, serious delays in communications, no one answers phone calls, I was sent the wrong product and the product sent was worth half what I'm charged, Customer Service seems very reluctant to address the problem. I would avoid Seed World USA.
