They are giving order confirmation without shipping fee, take your money and don't ship until you pay a shipping fee that was not there when you booked and got order confirmation. Customer support is not supportive at all and doesn't care about their breach of contract. Buy somewhere else and safe time and energy
I ordered 2 plants from them and it was just plain frustrating. After 20 days with 2 follow up emails, they told me that they didn’t have the plants and that I could either continue to wait or get a full refund.
Recommendedi found a bug spray that i cound not get at any stores around me. got it in and hoping it works

Three of my four plants died very shortly after arrival and the company does not respond to my emails. I need a refund or have new plants sent.
Do not make an online order with this company. I placed an order two weeks ago, including full payment, and haven't received my order or any updates beyond the initial order confirmation. **updated to a three because somebody eventually responded to my inquiries and my order finally arrived; if you order online, expect to be waiting one month or more for any communication and delivery of your order.**
DO NOT ORDER from this company!! They will not ship your order or communicate in any way. No responses to emails I've sent. Won't answer phone calls...NOTHING! Very poor business practices!
Very disappointed and will never order from them again. I ordered Floratam two weeks ago but never received it. Sent an email to check on the status after several days with no response. Sent another email asking them to cancel my order and still no response but I got a tracking update from FedEx that my order was on the way. Instead of the Floratam I ordered I now have the most expensive Palmetto grass plugs I've ever purchased!
Buyer beware!! Horrible customer service, incorrect orders, they do not reply to email or phone messages to address issues. I had to file BBB and paypal claim to get my money back.
