ordered product on the 4th or April - still hasn't shipped
RecommendedOrdered online and something happened to that order, i never received it. Called customer service to inquire and they shipped out that day. I had it at my door two days later. Great response with fast delivery
3rd order with Seed World, first order came as advertised, second order came with substitute, Third order came in cheap box and another substitute . Told by Barber customer service they had to break up because they couldn't ship pail but would ship empty pail to me ? Demanded they ship sealed pail of grass seed, now they are out of seed they are advertising. Returning this one / not happy.Demand no substitutes.
The pink guava I ordered from you died terrible products.

RecommendedInitial online order went smoothly, but the see arrived approximately 1 week after the FedEx tracking system said it would arrive. So, I'm not sure if it was Seed World or FedEx's fault on the delay on delivery. I haven't planted the seed yet, but that will be a different review. I believe overall that I would recommend and order from Seed World again. Hopefully, I have a better experience with the product delivery.
They are giving order confirmation without shipping fee, take your money and don't ship until you pay a shipping fee that was not there when you booked and got order confirmation. Customer support is not supportive at all and doesn't care about their breach of contract. Buy somewhere else and safe time and energy
I ordered 2 plants from them and it was just plain frustrating. After 20 days with 2 follow up emails, they told me that they didn’t have the plants and that I could either continue to wait or get a full refund.
Recommendedi found a bug spray that i cound not get at any stores around me. got it in and hoping it works
