i've waited over 35 days and have still not received my package. Seems like seed world don't care when i contact them.
Ordered a knock out rose plant that took forever to come. When the roses arrived they were half dead and has gotten horribly worse. So disappointed after eagerly awaiting
Extremely long time once the shipment was prepared until it arrived. Sold me seeds for over twice the price that was marked on the package I received.

I paid for three day shipping. seed world said it shipped the day after I ordered it. but the tracker showed it sat there for 6 more days. . ordered on Monday hoping to get it by the weekend. didn't show up until following Thursday. guess I waisted my money
I placed an order at the end of May, paid for next day delivery. Yes they have a disclaimer that shipments may be delayed due to covid... But honestly that’s a poor excuse for a business. Mail has not slowed down one bit. I ordered on the 30th which was a Saturday I thought I may see something Monday or Tuesday, nothing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Go find what you need somewhere else. I placed an order back in April and only received part of it. We have sent several emails and tried calling multiple times and have yet to get a response or someone to answer the phone. There was a card in the box that said if there was a problem contact them before leaving a negative review, well I tried and they failed. This place is a joke and I will be sure to leave a negative review every place I can.
Hire someone that knows how to respond to customers!
