Placed an order and never got it. No receipt was provided and of course no tracking because it didn't ship. Tried to call - no answer Tried to send inquiry but it came back saying "mailbox full" Filed a complaint with BBB and.....surprise, items showed up by 3 day shipment!
Horrendous experience. First time buyer, will never try again. I'll stick with Seed Super Store. Order SW66xxx placed 5/30/20 for 50 pounds of seed and 2 x fungicide, about $500 total. Sent an email on 6/8 regarding status. No response. Sent follow up 6/11. No response. Received insecticide/fungicide 6/11. Sent an email for status of seeds on 6/11. No response. Bad experience paid for express shipping products never showed up!!! They said they were lost in transit and would not offer to overnight them too me!!
I ordered seeds in May . haven't received anything. I send a couple of emails to the support no one replies back.

i've waited over 35 days and have still not received my package. Seems like seed world don't care when i contact them.
Ordered a knock out rose plant that took forever to come. When the roses arrived they were half dead and has gotten horribly worse. So disappointed after eagerly awaiting
Extremely long time once the shipment was prepared until it arrived. Sold me seeds for over twice the price that was marked on the package I received.
