Customer service needs to respond.
I agree with other reviews on here... worst customer service ever. I noticed my order had the wrong shipping address so i called customer service before it would be shipped out as the status was “shipping label has been created”... was on hold for 30 min before I spoke to a lady who said she fixed my shipping address.... few days later, it was shipped to the wrong address... I got confirmation saying it was shipped to Gardena, CA even if the “Ship to” says Lemoore, CA.(see photo below) so, what do i do now? Do I drive 4 hour... read more
Herbicide I ordered had been opened and the foil seal removed. The container was leaking and shipped in a garbage bag to contain the leakage during shipping. Better to buy local and check to make sure that the container has not been opened.

RecommendedI read all the negative comments about shipping and it had me worried. I can’t get the item I wanted in Canada so I went ahead and ordered it anyways. Item was placed on Tuesday night and arrived Friday. I paid for 1day shipping and called the store to make sure it was going express. Had to wait 10min but someone did pick up and she emailed me a tracking number and confirmed delivery method. They don't answer your emails and they charge 15 dollars to ship 3 day UPS and then take 16 days to send USPS instead with no refund. I asked them repeatedly to cancel order. I have contacted cc company to chargeback this order.
Start answering the phone and emails of all the people who haven't received their orders. If you can't get products to them then refund the money!
Didn't ship until a week after they said it would. Tried multiple times to get info with no response to emails or phone calls. I asked them to cancel the order and despite this they still sent it the next day. They have yet to contact me on how to return the product but they were able to take the time to respond to my credit card company when I disputed the charge. Horrible customer service and communication. No opinion on the product as it has been taking up space in my garage for a month now.
Very slow at getting package out and delivered...1st and last time using...still waiting on package
