Every phase of my appointment went seamlessly, including setting up the appointment itself. My service coordinator, Joe Tantillo, was thorough and informative and very friendly and I felt well taken care of. All my requests were taken into account; the car was serviced and prepared for handover exactly as I had asked. The only thing I would like to see changed is the coffee machine, which brews unpleasant coffee. In my opinion, it is too basic for an auto dealership of your caliber. The staff, however, did an excellent job.
