This is my second purchase from David Maus Toyota. It was a great experience. My salesman, Andrew, is awesome! My entire experience from start to finish was excellent.
My Daughter decided she wanted to buy a new car when the transmission went out on her high mileage 8 year old car. She asked for my help in picking one out. She had narrowed her choices down to a Corolla, Elantra, Focus or Cruze. Over the past few months, my 2001 Toyota 4-Runner had been having an over-heating issue that was traced to leaking coolant. I learned that what seems to be the solution to that problem is not always so clear. We replaced radiator, hoses, etc., and the service department, I'm sure, did the necessary steps that should be taken. Today, I had a quite amazing experience at this dealership. The salesman,Tyler, though very young was incredibly equipped and as talented as any seasoned salesman that I have ever had the chance to enocunter. I just bought my second new car from David maus Toyota and I am very satisfied. I hate to buy cars, but they make the experience pretty painless. Tyler was straight forward. We had a great experience from start to finish. Francisco was our salesman and he provided us with excellent service. Chase Hite was our finance person and he made that experience very pleasurable. That is normally the part of the process that we dread. Our customer care rep was great as well. We had to bring the vehicle in for a minor service issue the following Saturday and everything went off without a hitch. From sales to service a very good pleasant ride.
