The purchase experience was very good. Sales team excellent. Ben Benchakroun followed up my search for several weeks. They listened my budget and definitely tried to help. At the end it was very convenient for me. The administrative paperwork a little bit long but reasonable. Credit approval fast. Car delivery excellent.
Found my Mini through Auto-Trader. Hooked up with Fred Marion within a few minutes. Started general talk and negotiations from 2hrs away in Vero Beach. Fred was cooperative, patient, understanding, friendly and most helpful. When I was finally able to get to the dealership, a couple of days later, worked with Michael Diaz. I usually get pre financed through my bank to avoid any battles at the dealer, but this time we didn’t. I have to say this was the best experience that my husband and I have had with a dealer. I seem to get a new car every 3 years and this experience was great. I will be back in 3 years when I am ready for a new one. Jimmy Keyes, Jordan and Oral were awesome.
