We purchased two new Camrys from this dealship and are glad we chose David Maus. Michael Santagelo listened to what we were looking for, from features to price. He went through all options and helped us stay in our budget. After we struk a deal that night and signed all paperwork, we got called a day later infroming us that they were able to get us a better deal with the bank. THATS CUSTOMER ORIENTED SERVICE!!! To top it all of, they gave us an unexpected bonus with extended maintenance and warranty at no extra cost.
I had contacted a number of dealerships via the Internet. Some did not reply very promptly or simply told me to come in to make a "deal". I provided specifics on what I was looking for and recent direct quotes as I requested. I felt the David Maus dealership listened to me. They also had a much better selection of SCIONs at the dealership to look at.
Juan the sales person knew everything about the Camry. He was friendly, attentive and fun to deal with. Glenn, my long time service go to person was amazing. I brought my pre-owned certified car in and wanted a new one and Glen knew who to go to right away. David Jr. made me feel like part of a family and went to great lengths to make sure I was satisfied before I left the dealership. Overall I have a very positive experience. I was in the market for a new car and got other dealers' offers; however, I was pressure almost to the point of harrasment by these dealers. I went to David Maus and Matt was very friendly and not "pushy". All the information provided by them was accurate and did not change during the sales process. After much research and the 5th Toyota dealership we visited, David Maus Toyota and his staff did exactly what he advertises, “Whatever it takes” and “We will not lose a customer over price.” The sales staff was professional and friendly as well as being willing to work with us on meeting our requirements for a purchase. This was hands-down the most pleasant and hassle-free experience I have EVER had with a car dealership. Everyone was extremely kind, helpful, and attentive to my needs, questions, and concerns. Buying a new car has never been quite so painless. Matt went above and beyond to make sure I got the car that I wanted for a price I could afford. There may be other Toyota dealerships closer to where I live, but David Maus is more than worth the drive.
There was an issue with what was promised when I bought the car and when I brought it in to be completed, they were unable to complete one of the items promised. Matthew continued to dig deep and work hard to get this issue resolved. Thanks to him, I left a happy customer!!
It was a pleasent experience. Everyone was very nice. It did not take all day. I really wanted to buy, but a lease was more affordable for me. The car is nice and rides very well. Plus I like David Maus' advertisements on the television. thank you.
Matthew Rowland did an excellant job in find us a used Matthew Rowland did an excellant job in find us a used Sienna Van AWD for our son and family in Colorado. He checked it out and everything was as he said for my shipping it to Colorado. He had all the paper work taken care of for licensing it there. My son and family just love it.
