We were never pressured or treated like we were wasting anyone's time while we were "looking". Everyone we delt with was great,and made us feel welcome AND important.
We had a wonderful experience at Davis Maus Toyota! I have been having my previous car serviced there for the past 2 years and loved it. However, everyone was pleasant, relaxed, and took as much time as I needed to consider options and pricing. At the same time once decisions were made, things were handled professionally and proficiently. Thanks for a great job!
Called and Talked to them over the phone first. Knew who to ask for so when we got there everything was already done, just had to fill out the paperwork. Was not pushed into something we didn't want. Everyone was very nice and polite. What a great dealership, it has everything you need in one place, this was the best dealership I have ever walked in. We will be back even if it is to say "Hello"
Originally went with the intention of purchasing a used vehicle so we could stay in budget. They discussed all of the options with us, and helped us get into a brand new 2010 toyota carolla with upgraded options at much lower than MSRP, and kept it very close to our starting price. They were SUPERBLY helpful, and very patient even though it was closing time. Would recommend to anyone in the area!

This was our first Toyota purchase. We have been blown away by the overall experience. My husband had bought a Corolla 2 years ago and was recently in an accident. That car saved his life. We went back to the same dealership because of the good customer service we had. The salesperson was really knowledgeable and it was things that you wouldn't have found out with another person who does not know their product. They were also not pushy about buying an extended warranty. The process was also very short, shorter then other car purchases. We arrived around 6:30pm and were out by 8pm.
David Maus toyota has been servicing my sequoia since 2001.I find the service advisors very courteous,knowledgeable, friendly ,and very professional. The quality of work has just been superb.
