In a time when good service is hard to find. My visit at service( maintenance) was rewarding. They fixed a part that was supposed to be fixed when my car was in collision. Jerome, Jimmy, Cal, & the tech made sure my ac was blowing cold.
The service guy told me what he recommended, I accepted, he told me how long it would take, he kept me informed, he let me know when it was finished (it was finished a little early), and he guided me through the payment process and left my vehicle in the shade close to where the payment process took place. It was a very pleasant experience.
I had an excellent experience with Christian Mejía, my service advisor at Toyota of Seminole. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Christian took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed. He kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and made the whole service experience smooth and stress-free. If you're going to Toyota Seminole, I highly recommend asking for Christian Mejía. His customer service is top-notch!
