I made an appointment with Glen Nidham and he kept me up to date on the progress. I was in and out pretty much as promised with everything taken care of. I like the new app that lets you communicate with the service advisor and updates status.

Had an appointment, but still took 2 hours for a oil change, and no final report that they had checked over everything to see if anything else was needed.
