Great deal on midweek oil change
It took the service guy almost 15 minutes to come out to me and he went to the vehicle behind me first even though I had been there before him with an appointment. He also did not text me until an hour after I had been there and it took an hour and a half for an oil change in tire rotation. The service has normally taken that long each time I've brought it in however, the reps that have greeted me are usually more timely and more personable.
Excellent service, and transparency from Toyota service advisor, just a little wait but other than that I definitely recommend jimmy for your Toyota vehicle's needs.
