This was a 100,000 mile service. I was under the impression that the Toyota dealerships still did a multi point inspection of the vehicle. Nowhere on my invoice was that mentioned.

Every other time, this place has been top notch. This time, I arrived a bit early, I pulled in, a guy came over and I told him I was a bit early, he asked when my appointment was and he said “wait here a minute” and disappeared. I waited…and waited for about 30 minutes I would guess. I finally got out of my car and when I saw one of the guys look up and I raised both hands to say”what the xxxx?!” He came out and helped me.
